Shot Tower Inn

Shot Tower Inn has been a Dubuque dining institution since 1969, serving gourmet deep dish pizzas made from 100% fresh ingredients alongside its famous Italian meatball grinders and fried chicken. Located in the heart of downtown at 4th and Locust — directly across from the Five Flags Event Center — it's a go-to spot before or after events. The restaurant takes its name from its proximity to the historic Dubuque Shot Tower, one of the last remaining shot towers in the United States.
